Align & Amplify is a 2-3 night retreat for women in tech ready to realign to their differentiator alongside others on similar journeys.
The retreat happens in a comfortable 5 bedroom home situated on an acre of private waterfront land in the center of Whidbey Island. Photos are below.
Why: Women in tech experience careers very differently than the men in our field or the women we know in non-tech domains. We lose touch with our core feminine energy and forget its relational and creative power. Here you come to deepen connections with the people who will be your ride or dies in life and career and you’ll walk away with the narrative that amplifies your value.
How: This is a bespoke retreat program. You bring your vision and Elisabeth helps you design the experience, either as an onsite facilitator holding the space or through pre-retreat training and post-retreat integration.
What: You will participate in the abbreviated version of the Catalyst to Clarity™ coaching framework alongside between 4 and 8 women that you invite.
