Align & Amplify is a 5 month leadership program + 3 day retreat for the breadwinning woman in tech who is ready to shape 2026 on new terms and do it with support of other women on similar journeys.

What to Expect:

Proven Coaching Framework:

Over 6 sessions you’ll work through the proven Catalyst to Clarity™ coaching framework with 6 other female tech leaders. We meet on a video call to play with concepts of inspiration, experimentation and reflection to reconnect you with your unique offering and purpose in work.

Intentional Connection Between Sessions:

• You’ll receive self-guided journaling prompts and creative exercises to keep you engaged in the work between sessions

• You’ll participate in a rotation of 1:1 connection calls with other participants to get to know each other on a deeper level and identify areas for collaboration and shared support

• You have the option to schedule up to 90 minutes of 1:1 coaching with me to be used at any point during the program

The Retreat:

The final session takes place at a 3-night retreat at the luxury Salt and Soul Beach House on Whidbey Island, located about 90 minutes north of Seattle.

Here you’ll alchemize the experience of the previous 5 months into a tangible representation of your differentiated leadership energy. Activities will include: interactive workshopping of insights you’ve surfaced, art, hikes in woods and beach, cold plunges, hot tub, gentle yoga and prepared meals. There will be plenty of unstructured time and all activities are optional.

Program Details

Timeline: 

• Coaching Cohort: January to May (2nd Friday of the month at noon PST)

• Retreat: Friday May 15, 4pm - Monday May 18 10am

Pricing:

• Shared Accommodations $3,600

• Private Accommodations $3,900

• Includes 5 months of Catalyst to Clarity™ group coaching framework, 90 mins of 1:1 coaching and all retreat activities and lodging
