This is a journey of Self Reclamation. The breadwinning woman in tech has built a career and life that commands respect - and a LOT of energy.

There comes a time when that energy needs regeneration. When the unique vision and voice at its center needs reclamation. That’s what unlocks new energy and purpose in your work - and any other area that matters. And that’s the energy of this program.

Details:

Over 6 sessions you’ll work through the proven Catalyst to Clarity™ coaching framework with 6 other female tech leaders. We’ll explore questions that are often silently shared amongst high achieving professional women, such as:

• Rupture. What has stopped working?

• Catalyst. What is the glimmer of the new possibility?

• Support. Do you have a support system that sees you and supports you?

• Money. How do you honestly assess “enoughness”. How are you designing your financial plan and legacy?

• Energy & Time. How are you managing it and protecting it so there is something left for you?

• Feminine flow in a highly masculine structured work culture. Can you see your feminine energy as strategy?

• Your voice (flow) and how to use it. Are you ready to facing any fears of being seen or heard for who you really are?

Framework of Intentional and Regular Connection:

• 5 monthly sessions.

• Self-guided journaling prompts and creative exercises to keep you engaged in the work between sessions

• Rotation of 1:1 connection calls with other participants to get to know each other on a deeper level and identify areas for collaboration and shared support

• Option to schedule up to 90 minutes of 1:1 coaching with me to be used at any point during the program

And a Retreat!!!!

The final session takes place at a 3-night retreat at the luxury Salt and Soul Beach House on Whidbey Island, located about 90 minutes north of Seattle.

Here you’ll alchemize the experience of the previous 5 months into a tangible representation of your differentiated leadership energy and you’ll go deeper into the relationships you built, solidifying a support system that will last long after the event. Activities will include: interactive workshopping of insights you’ve surfaced, art, hikes in woods and beach, cold plunges, hot tub, gentle yoga and prepared meals. There will be plenty of unstructured time and all activities are optional.
