Liminal Space is defined as the space between what was and what will be. The ambiguity can be nerve wracking, especially when it taps into sense of security and belonging. It can also be illuminating as new possibilities emerge.
This space is increasingly common in environments of rapid transformation, like tech. ERA is on a mission to show tech leaders that you are not alone in it.
