The angst before the leap can be overwhelming. You’re not meant to navigate that alone.
In 2023 I left what looked from the outside like a dream job leading a global business at Google Cloud. For me, the journey into self required that I extract myself from corporate and pivot my energy to projects and experiments that awoke my purpose of creating space for connection. In my time away from corporate I ran the leadership cohort Liminal Space, launched ERA and stood up a vacation and retreat space called Salt and Soul Beach House. When I made my way back into corporate it was with with a clearer understanding of my differentiated value.
I don’t believe people need to leave corporate to find themselves but I do believe that if we don’t intentionally seek out support and space for self reflectoin at some point in our career journey we will need to leave corporate. Self abandonment is not a durable career strategy.
I bring a blend of expertise garnered through my own life and work experiences along with professional coaching and mindfulness certifications to help my clients align their career vision to their own unique truth. This is the purpose driven work that my tech career, which at times has seemed anything but purposeful, brought to me.
I live in my hometown of Seattle with my sweet family who has helped me see myself in ways I might otherwise overlook. The picture below is me and my girls beach walking in Port Townsend, WA.
