My Story

Throughout my 14 years in enterprise technology at companies like Tableau, AWS and Google I became increasingly fascinated by the ways the humans behind the GTM could either make or break a deal. The inspiring leaders understand that conscious connection and curiosity are the foundation of repeatable results, while the old guard that’d come in from the VM Wares and Oracles of the world mandated fear driven, trauma response cultures.

Many of the leaders of early days cloud were the dreamers and inventors who still long for the “wild west” days of tech, when they could take ideas from concept to product in record time. Many of these leaders, and those in their networks, are now my clients, reigniting a sometimes stagnated belief that work can be a place for discovery and expansion, not just grind and numbers. And designing the next era of their career around that vision.

The reality is that the creative energy is what drives the highest numbers. Leaders who work with me and ERA partners become more differentiated in their approach, more conscious in their decisions, and off the charts successful in their endeavors. Oh, and genuinely fulfilled by their work.

I live in my hometown of Seattle with my 2 daughters, 2 dogs and devoted partner who all help me see myself in ways I might otherwise overlook. I also run Salt and Soul Beach House on Whidbey Island, a retreat center often shared by my clients.
