THREE PHASES & INTENTIONS

Catalyst - Self study. Grounding. Mindfully look back before looking forward. What parts of my work will serve the next chapter? What part won’t? How can I test that? 3 sessions

Experimentation - Test the vision. How can I move through life in new ways? Accountability and feedback as you test new visions. 3-6 sessions

Clarity - Pick one path and run with it for a period of time. Blend mindfulness and nervous system regulation with ambition and discipline. 3+ sessions.

Plan for 6-12 sessions. Pricing can be adjusted for unemployed people. Packages range from 1500-12,000

GROUP COACHING & WORKSHOPS:
